In-Store Print Redemption Instructions 

Print the entire Build-A-Bear Workshop® Bear Bucks® eGift Card e-mail and present to any Build-A-Bear Workshop® associate at checkout. Any unused amount can be applied to future purchases.

To redeem your eGift Card from a mobile device, display the barcode, eGift Card number, and PIN to the cashier at the time of purchase. 

Cashier:

Scan the barcode off of the mobile device and/or Hand Key the eGift Card number into the POS. 

Purchase or use of gift cards constitutes acceptance of the following terms: gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise at participating Build-A-Bear Workshop® locations in the United States or online at buildabear.com. Cards are not valid at select locations including but not limited to Great Wolf Lodge. To use, present gift card at the time of purchase. Purchase amount, plus applicable taxes, will be deducted from available balance until the value reaches zero. Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, used to purchase gift cards or replaced if lost or stolen, except as otherwise required by law.
